I wanted to get him a new wedding band. His platinum and white gold had a brushed center which has faded on the soft metal over the years. He'd seen a tungsten in a jeweled window last year and I made a mental note of it. I asked him to look at style with me online so "when the time comes" I know what he likes.
They make 8mm bands AND 2mm ones. So of course I wanted one to match his and I could "stack" on mine.
I brought the rings to Japan. What a memorable place to receive a gift for the next 10 years. I gave it to him on the bullet train. When else will we be on a ride like this? And the last 10 years flew by sooooo fast. Poor guy is feeling nauseous from the ride and I KNEW this would take his mind off his queezyness for a little while at least.
